在這個寒假，國際部團隊與外師們，一起為孩子們量身規劃了三天野外求生童軍營。

在營隊期間，孩子們透過老師的指導，拍攝了我們在校園從未注意到的植物，並從中學習如何欣賞大自然之美~🍃💕

我們不僅在課堂上看見了真實的野生植物，還收集了些乾燥的樹葉和果實來拼湊出我們想像中的昆蟲。野外露營時擔心沒有乾淨的水嗎？不用擔心!我們利用了在樹林中非常容易收集的材料，製作出我們的第一個濾水器。我們也烹飪了美味佳餚，並練習了在受傷時該如何包紮傷口。

孩子們在這個冬令營的課程中，不僅建立了他們的自信心，同時也發展了他們的批判性思維、以及解決問題的能力、創造力和想像力呦！有誰會不愛這個充滿歡樂及樂趣的冬令營呢！

During this winter break, the International Preparatory Studies’ team and foreign teachers planned a three-day wilderness survival scout camp for students. We guided students to learn how to appreciate nature by taking photos of the plants we never paid attention to at school.
Not only did we get to meet the real wild lives in class, but we also collected dried leaves and fruits to piece together the insects of our imagination. Worrying about clean water when camping in the wild? We made our first water filter using surprisingly easy collectable supplies in the woods. We cooked up scrumptious dishes and practiced bandaging the wounds if we ever got hurt.
Our children build their confidence in English across all skills whilst developing their critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity and imagination. Who wouldn’t love a camp filled with lots of joy and fun! 🤩
